Tidy Towns
Hollyfort Development Group/Tidy Towns enters the Tidy Towns competition each year. Results and Adjudicators report can be read on the Tidy Towns website.

National Spring Clean
We register each year for the Spring Clean Wexford competition. 


2K Clean-up 

Hollyfort TT enters the 2K Clean-up each year registering 5 roads. It was awarded the Best New Entry in Keep Wexford Beautiful 2015.


Hollyfort Survey
The group  instigated a survey which was sent out to all households in the Hollyfort Village area and environs. 

From this, the committee put together a plan of action for the village and the clean up continues with the cutting back of over-grown and hazardous hedges and trees and the planting of flowers. The bridges over Blackwater and Bann are being cleaned up and the old walls into the village cleared back and renovated. The derelict buildings are being cleaned and painted. 
A notice board wa erected in the village and grass areas reseeded.
A village pump has been erected in its original position in the village.
Mt Nebo Trail is now part of Wexford Trails and registered with Sports Ireland and the Bann River Trail continues to attract walkers.
The Old School House has been renovated with new windows and a state-of-the-art kitchen for the community.

Hollyfort Book Club and Hollyfort Writers Group have been established in the Old School.

And that is just some of the things happening in Hollyfort Village.
